WHY DON'T YOU MAKE TEES OF MY FAVORITE HORROR MOVIE?
We license every collaboration we do with the owners of the images. If we don't make a Walking Dead or Corpse Bride tee for example it is because we legally cannot. Thank you for all of the suggestions and we will consider them!
WHEN WILL THIS ITEM BE BACK IN STOCK?
Most of our collaboration tees are sold for 1 week only unless otherwise stated. Please know that they may come back, they may not. If you like a tee, get it! It might be your only chance!
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
We are a small company and ask that you allow 5-7 business days for processing in addition to transit time. If it takes longer, for example when we do our Zomboogey collaborations or specialty tees, don't worry, you will receive it within the following week. Also, please note that some items are pre-sale meaning they won't be processed until the following week.
I NEED TO CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS.
If you received an order number and confirmation, then your order was placed and there is no need to change the billing address.
I WANT TO CHANGE THE SIZE OF THE SHIRT I ORDERED/ I WANT TO CHANGE MY TEE FROM CLASSIC TO DISTRESSED.
After an order is placed it is very difficult for us to change the size or variant of the tee. You can always reach out and see if it is a possibility but note most items are made to order by hand and we may not have that item in stock. The easiest thing for us to do is to cancel the order and refund you so you can order the tee exactly how you want it! This saves confusion and frustration on both ends!
THERE IS NO OPTION FOR DISTRESSING ON THIS ITEM.
Most items are available classic or distressed but if that variant is not listed then it is not applicable to that item. We cannot do customizations on online orders.
DOES ROB ZOMBIE OWN LOCAL BOOGEYMAN?
No, he does not! We love working with him as well as our other collaborators and we appreciate the fan mail and suggestions, but we do not have the capacity to reach out to him for special/personal requests, etc. Please do not call the shop asking to speak with him or if we can get Sheri to sign something! They are both very busy individuals and we do our best to get exclusive merchandise to you as described on the site.

These items are made to order or are specialty items and we do not accept refunds or exchanges on these items so please read descriptions carefully.
WHAT ARE BUSINESS HOURS/ WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Los Angeles, CA and we are open 12-7pm except Tuesday. We are a small business so sometimes these hours may vary, please call ahead of time if you are traveling far! We try to respond to emails during these hours on week days, occasionally on weekends if time permits. Holiday and event hours will vary.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A REPLY TO MY EMAIL.
Please be patient with us, if you send us an email at 4am we got it and will respond in a timely manner. Please don't send multiple emails regarding the same issue, unfortunately we are not Amazon and we do not have a 24 hour hotline. We do everything by hand including customer service and we do our best to accommodate every issue.
HOW CAN I MODEL FOR LOCAL BOOGEYMAN?
We really appreciate all the emails for modeling inquiries but we are not accepting trade offers at this time. If you love Local Boogeyman, tag us! We repost our customers' photos when applicable!
I RECEIVED AN EMAIL STATING MY PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT.
This happens more times than you'd think. Unfortunately this is a USPS issue. In most cases the package is either at your local USPS facility or on the mail truck. You can try going to the post office physically or waiting a few more days. Also, try checking with your neighbor, it may have just been delivered to the wrong address.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN CLASSIC AND DISTRESSED?
Classic tees are our regular tees, no holes, no rips. Distressed tees are the same material, same tee, same size, just distressed by hand to look worn and aged. This means it will have rips, tears, holes, things that add a vintage touch!
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING TO MY LOCATION?
When you check out our website automatically calculates shipping! We do not have control over shipping rates they are calculates through USPS.
